Inner truth seekers thrive with clear agreements.  These Terms & Conditions of Purchase are here to keep us all accountable.  Please follow these rules as set forth.

When you, the client (“Client”, "You"), purchase a session, program of sessions, or course (“Session", "Program”, "Course") provided by Michael Thornhill ("Michael") of Inner Truth Seekers™ ("We"), you are agreeing to the terms contained within Inner Truth Seekers Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and these Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Michael's Sessions, Programs, and Courses.  In the event of any conflict between the terms of Inner Truth Seekers' Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and these Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Michael's Sessions, Programs, and Courses, the Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Michael's Sessions, Programs, and Courses shall control.

 

Michael provides clear guidelines for Clients wishing to work with him.  The following Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Michael's Sessions, Programs, and Courses serve to prepare you for a positive experience during the your Session, Program, or Course.

  

1. Contracting Entity

 

Michael's Sessions, Programs, and Courses are provided by Inner Truth Seekers LTD, a United Kingdom company.  By purchasing Michael's Sessions, Programs, or Courses, you are entering into a contractual relationship with Inner Truth Seekers LTD (UK), not with Inner Truth Seekers LLC (US) or Verdad Interior EIRL (Peru).

 

Michael provides his Sessions, Programs, and Courses as an employee and owner of Inner Truth Seekers LTD (UK).  All service delivery, payment processing, and legal responsibilities related to this service are governed by Inner Truth Seekers LTD under UK law.

 

2. Michael's Responsibilities

Michael will do his utmost to provide your Session, Program, or Course with respect, trauma-informed care, and diligence in accordance with the professional standards appropriate for the nature and scope of the Session, Program, or Course.  In so doing, Michael:

• Commits to being ready and on time for your Session.  If Michael needs to cancel or reschedule a Session due to an unforeseen reason or emergency, he will contact you via email at his earliest opportunity to do so.

• Ensures that your Session is private and confidential

• Will provide each Session online via Zoom video-call

• Will audio record each Session and provide you with a secured, confidential link to the audio recording via email within 48 hours after each Session

 

3. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you acknowledge and agree to the following declarations, wherein “I” refers to “You”, the Client, during the Session, Program, or Course:

• I will be ready, sober, and on time for every Session.  If I need to cancel or reschedule a Session, I will do so at least 24 hours before the start time of my Session.  If I need to cancel or reschedule a Session, I will contact Michael via email, michael[at]innertruthseekers[dot]com, at my earliest opportunity to do so.

• I acknowledge that if I am late to a Session, my Session will still begin and end at the scheduled time.  If I do not show up within 15-minutes of the scheduled start time of my Session, it will considered a "no show", and I will need to reschedule the Session at an additional cost.

• I acknowledge that if I do not show up for a Session, and if I have not communicated my inability to show up at least 24 hours before the start time of my Session, then my Session will be considered a “no show”, and I will need to reschedule the Session at an additional cost.

• I acknowledge that my Session is provided via Zoom video-call, and that I will need to have a laptop, device, or cell phone to participate in my Session.  ​

 

 

4. Rescheduling & Canceling

You may reschedule a Session at no additional cost, if you do so at least 24 hours before your Session start time.  A reschedule link is provided in the confirmation email you will have received at the time of purchase.

 

If you freely and voluntarily choose to cease or cancel participating in your Session, Program, or Course prematurely, due to a personal reason, an emergency, or an Act of God, you will not receive a refund or reimbursement for the Session, Program, or Course not yet rendered.

5. Service Flexibility & Payment Transferability

 

Payments made for Michael's Sessions and Programs are transferable within his complete scope of services, which includes:

• Conscious Leadership & Intuitive Business Coaching

• Intuitive Trauma Coaching

• Non-Dual Awakening Coaching

• Channeling & Intuitive Guidance

If you purchase a multi-session Program with Michael, you may use your paid Sessions interchangeably across any of the above service categories.  You may request to shift your Session and Program focus or combine elements from different service offerings during the course of your engagement, subject to Michael's professional discretion and availability.

Session and Program transfers will be based on equivalent Session and Program values.  Any price differentials between the original service purchased and the new service selection will be addressed through additional payment as applicable.  Requests for Session or Program transfers should be made in writing via email to Michael.

Session and Program transfers apply only to Michael's aforementioned service categories and do not create any cash refund, payment reimbursement, or transferability to other service providers at Inner Truth Seekers™.

 

6. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Michael's Sessions, Programs, and Courses are effective as of the date stated at the top of these Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Michael's Sessions, Programs, and Courses.  Michael may change these Terms & Conditions for Michael's Sessions, Programs, and Courses from time to time.  By accessing our Website and/or using our services after we make any such changes to these Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Michael´s Sessions, Programs, and Courses, you are deemed to have accepted such changes.  Please refer back to these Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Michael's Sessions, Programs, and Courses on a regular basis.
