Should I book a single session?Whilst a single session can be transformative to a certain degree on its own, its unlikely to provide you with the complete life transformation that you are looking for. Single sessions are great for people who want to experience working with me in depth for 60 minutes, before they commit to the 6-month Accelerator or the 3-month Activator. Single sessions are also great for people who are ready to commit to working together long term, but may not be able to afford the upfront cost of the Accelerator or Activator. Single sessions are also beneficial for returning experienced seekers who want to tune-up.

How do Programs work?Upon purchasing your 3-month (6-session) or 6-month (12-session) program, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique program certificate code. This code allows you to book your sessions via our booking system with no additional charges. When booking using the link in the email, the code is automatically input into the booking system. I recommend keeping your confirmation email for easy access. You can also note down the certificate code and add it manually when you are booking.

Are the Programs interchangeable across your various service offerings?Yes, if you book a program with me, you can use the sessions interchangeably for my trauma transformation, channeling, non-dual awakening, and conscious leadership & intuitive business coaching programs. Sometimes your needs may evolve, and the flexibility of the programs allows you to shift focus depending on where you are in your personal journey. However, if you have a desired transformation, staying focused on the specific program will provide the results you are looking for.

How long should I work with you?People can find a great amount of transformation within just the 3-month, 6-session package. However, if you are serious about transforming your life and accelerating your awakening, I recommend my 6-month, 12-session package, with sessions booked every 1 or 2 weeks, depending on your preference. In my experience, consistency is key to deep transformation.

Are your online sessions via Zoom?Yes. Upon booking the Accelerator, the Activator, or Session, you will receive a link via email with the Zoom link for your video-call meeting, along with some simple preparation guidelines.

How does each session take place?Our sessions are held online via Zoom, with the option for video and/or audio only. After each session, you'll receive an audio recording along with AI-generated meeting notes and a transcript to support your integration and implementation of conscious actions. This helps you potentiate your transformation and evolution.

How do I reschedule a session?You can easily reschedule a session free of charge within 24 hours by clicking the "Reschedule" button in the confirmation email you receive after booking your session. This will allow you to select a new time that works for you. Please note that if it's within the 24-hour period before the start of the session, it can no longer be rescheduled.

How do I know how many sessions I have left in my Program?On the booking portal, simply click the hyperlink, "How Many Remaining Sessions Do You Have." You can then enter your certificate code or the email address you used to book your sessions to see how many sessions remain in your program.

Do you provide notes, a transcript, and a recording of our session?Yes, you will receive an email containing your Zoom AI-generated notes, transcript, and a link to download your audio/video recording within 48 hours after your sessions. You will have 7 days after the session to download them. You are also encouraged to take your own notes of anything important that comes up for you during the session. If for any reason you prefer the session not to be recorded, please let me know at the beginning of the session.

What time zones is the booking calendar in?You will see the timezone on the booking calendar when booking. It should default to your local timezone; however, if you wish to change the time zone, simply click on the time zone displayed and choose another one.
