01
EMBODYING SPIRITUAL SOVEREIGNTY
Within the multidimensional realms, and at our truest essence, all beings, including the self, are innately spiritually sovereign, impervious to infringement and without need of anything from anything. Yet, within this 3rd-density human experience, there is an invitation/opportunity to gather, use, and direct the gift/power of your own free will to acknowledge, honor, and strengthen spiritual sovereignty within the yourself and through your work in service to others (or not). In this session you will use your free will to create a declaration of your spiritual sovereignty. You will also practice channeling, which empowers your embodied learning and potentiates your adeptness and familiarity with self.
SESSION 02
POSITIVELY POLARIZING YOURSELF
In order to continuously refine yourself, ethically channel, and intuitively connect in a consistent, integrous, and beneficial manner, you will come to recognize the power of gathering and using your free will to consciously choose to be in service to all beings, or to be “positively polarized”. In this session you will create a unique-to-you conscious choice statement of “positive polarization”, dedicating and devoting yourself to your innermost loving purpose and soul's calling for this incarnation in service to others. You will also practice channeling, which empowers your embodied learning and potentiates your adeptness and familiarity with self.

ALIGNING WITH 4TH DENSITY, a.k.a. LOVE
In order to beneficially receive and transmit messages, guidance, wisdom, and insights from the higher realms, you must be willing to fully remember and embody the highest desired frequency of love, Oneness, and ever-present inter-connectedness for channeling. The 4th Density, the Density of Love, is always already present and available to consciously align with. In this session you will practice activating your heart center through a guided visualization, while experiencing the expansiveness and radiance of your heart's unity with all beingness. You will also practice channeling, which empowers your embodied learning and potentiates your adeptness and familiarity with self.
SESSION 04
TUNING TO A TOOL OF HIGHEST VIBRATION
In order to integrously channel for yourself and others, you must know in your heart-of-hearts what it is that you place your faith in and what it is that you stand for. Whether it be love, a favorite mantra, a hymn, God, or even a simple quartz crystal, it's beneficial to have a reference point for your highest desired frequency that you can (at)tune yourself to at any moment. In this session, you will identify a “tuning tool” that is of the utmost resonance with you personally, and you will practice entraining your resonance with it. You will also practice channeling, which empowers your embodied learning and potentiates your adeptness and familiarity with self.

REMEMBERING GOD, SOURCE, CREATOR
God is quite literally the frequency of love, light, and truth. God is also already within us, whether we ever are aware of it or not. This is not a religious God, nor is it an angry vengeful God. This is the loving intelligence that is inherent within the fabric of beingness. What better frequency to connect with for guidance when desiring to embody your highest desired frequency? In this session, you will consciously connect with the God within you to become more familiar with its presence and to channel guidance for yourself and/or others. You will also practice channeling, which empowers your embodied learning and potentiates your adeptness and familiarity with self.

DISCOVERING YOUR HIGHER SELF
Your Higher Self is the non-physical 6th density aspect of yourself, your oversoul, that holds all of the knowledge, wisdom, and experience from across all lifetimes and all spaces between lifetimes. Your Higher Self knows exactly what your soul's blueprint is for this lifetime and incarnation, and is therefore “expert” in You. To be a clear channel, it is important to have a true sense of your own Higher Self, which is always streaming through you for your highest good, healing, and purpose. In this session you will strengthen your connection to your Higher Self through a guided visualization and gain sensitivity to its presence. You will also practice channeling, which empowers your embodied learning and potentiates your adeptness and familiarity with self.

MEETING YOUR SPIRIT TEAM
Your Spirit Team consists of the multi-dimensional guides and beings who were assigned to you before you were born into this lifetime. They act as your etheric support crew, nudging you, redirecting you, protecting you, guiding you, and inspiring your soul's journey within this incarnation. They are joyfully responsible for helping you fulfill your self-assigned soul's calling. In this session, you will connect with the non-physical soul-spirits and multi-dimensional beneficent guides who are assisting you with your life's journey. DISCERNING THE VOICE OF EGO
One of the most-asked questions I receive from people who are working with their multi-sensory abilities is, “How do I know I'm not just making this up?” Learning to discern between calm messages of higher guidance and the loud lower-vibration voice of the ego is paramount to channeling in service to others. In this session, you will learn how to discern when you're feeling out of alignment while channeling and how to “auto-correct” your positive polarization and tuning when the voice of ego starts taking over. You will also practice channeling, which empowers your embodied learning and potentiates your adeptness and familiarity with self.

ILLUMINATING YOUR SHADOW
Each of us has a unique combination of traumas, distortions, human conditioning, and limiting beliefs (also known as our “shadow”) that we carry with us as a result of the experiences we've had in life, whether related to our family environment or to the collective of humanity in general. The goal is not to eliminate, negate, or identify with the shadow, but instead to bring the light of consciousness to it as it arises. In this session, you will learn an active personal practice for recognizing and illuminating your shadow when it is interfering with your ability to channel. You will also practice channeling, which empowers your embodied learning and potentiates your adeptness and familiarity with self.

DETECTING NEGATIVE ENERGIES
Within the multi-dimensional realms, negative energies exist, and you will encounter them on a regular basis. Negative energies are those beings who perpetuate fear, and they are empowered when we fail to see and acknowledge them. As a positively polarized channel, it's imperative that you are able to detect the presence of negative energies, in order to best understand how to work with what's being presented. In this session, you will practice steadying yourself in the presence of negative energies, while centering in God's love for yourself and all beings. You will also practice channeling, which empowers your embodied learning and potentiates your adeptness and familiarity with self.

Should I book a single session?Whilst a single session can be transformative to a certain degree on its own, its unlikely to provide you with the complete life transformation that you are looking for. Single sessions are great for people who want to experience working with me in depth for 60 minutes, before they commit to the 6-month Accelerator or the 3-month Activator. Single sessions are also great for people who are ready to commit to working together long term, but may not be able to afford the upfront cost of the Accelerator or Activator. Single sessions are also beneficial for returning experienced seekers who want to tune-up.

How do Programs work?Upon purchasing your 3-month (6-session) or 6-month (12-session) program, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique program certificate code. This code allows you to book your sessions via our booking system with no additional charges. When booking using the link in the email, the code is automatically input into the booking system. I recommend keeping your confirmation email for easy access. You can also note down the certificate code and add it manually when you are booking.

Are the Programs interchangeable across your various service offerings?Yes, if you book a program with me, you can use the sessions interchangeably for my trauma transformation, channeling, non-dual awakening, and conscious leadership & intuitive business coaching programs. Sometimes your needs may evolve, and the flexibility of the programs allows you to shift focus depending on where you are in your personal journey. However, if you have a desired transformation, staying focused on the specific program will provide the results you are looking for.

How long should I work with you?People can find a great amount of transformation within just the 3-month, 6-session package. However, if you are serious about transforming your life and accelerating your awakening, I recommend my 6-month, 12-session package, with sessions booked every 1 or 2 weeks, depending on your preference. In my experience, consistency is key to deep transformation.

Are your online sessions via Zoom?Yes. Upon booking the Accelerator, the Activator, or Session, you will receive a link via email with the Zoom link for your video-call meeting, along with some simple preparation guidelines.

How does each session take place?Our sessions are held online via Zoom, with the option for video and/or audio only. After each session, you'll receive an audio recording along with AI-generated meeting notes and a transcript to support your integration and implementation of conscious actions. This helps you potentiate your transformation and evolution.

How do I reschedule a session?You can easily reschedule a session free of charge within 24 hours by clicking the "Reschedule" button in the confirmation email you receive after booking your session. This will allow you to select a new time that works for you. Please note that if it's within the 24-hour period before the start of the session, it can no longer be rescheduled.

How do I know how many sessions I have left in my Program?On the booking portal, simply click the hyperlink, "How Many Remaining Sessions Do You Have." You can then enter your certificate code or the email address you used to book your sessions to see how many sessions remain in your program.

Do you provide notes, a transcript, and a recording of our session?Yes, you will receive an email containing your Zoom AI-generated notes, transcript, and a link to download your audio/video recording within 48 hours after your sessions. You will have 7 days after the session to download them. You are also encouraged to take your own notes of anything important that comes up for you during the session. If for any reason you prefer the session not to be recorded, please let me know at the beginning of the session.
