& INTEGRATION

SESSION PREPARATION

Preparing for your session allows you to receive the most value from our time together.  Below are some simple yet effective ways to create a supportive space for your experience.

1. Setting Intentions

You may find it helpful to reflect on themes or questions you’d like to explore. Depending on what session you have booked, some common areas of focus include:

  • Recent life events, emotional triggers, or recurring patterns

  • Limiting beliefs or unresolved trauma

  • Questions for for channeling or intuitive guidance for transforming your life both personally and professionally

  • Conscious leadership or intuitive business strategy

  • Non-duality (oneness) and the nature of consciousness

  • Embodying your inner truth  in everyday life

Our session will begin with a short meditation to set the space and help you connect with your body's intelligence in a safe, trauma-informed way.  This practice often reveals emotions or insights that naturally guide our conversation.

This is your time, and I encourage you to communicate how you'd like to use it.  My role is to share guidance and reflect back the wisdom already within you.  I am here in your service.

2. Honoring Your Sovereignty

The Inner Truth Seekers™ Statement of Sovereignty is,

We honor your spiritual sovereignty and free will to determine and discern what information does and does not resonate with you.  We always invite you to seek your own inner truth and inner guidance in relation to what is shared and taught.  We honor the dignity of your own experience and path.  Take what you will and leave the rest.

This means that I am not here to tell you what to do.  These sessions serve as a mirror to support your healing, growth, and self-recognition.  My intention is to help you remember how empowered you already are, reclaim your spiritual sovereignty, and navigate life and physical reality with greater ease.  If something does not resonate with you, please trust your own discernment and let it go. I will remind you of this throughout our session.

3. Creating a Supportive Space

To get the most from our time together, I recommend setting aside at least 10-15 minutes before the session to transition from other activities.  You may wish to meditate, listen to calming music, or simply connect with your breath and body.  It can also help to do the following:

  • Choose a quiet, private location where you will not be interrupted.

  • Turn off notifications on your phone, email, and other devices.

  • Inform anyone in your home that you need uninterrupted time.

  • Have drinking water and tissues nearby

  • If possible or desired, create a setup that allows you to both sit and lie down comfortably, depending on what feels right for you during the session. This can be particularly helpful for Trauma Coaching & Non-Dual Awakening Sessions.

4. Ensuring Functionality of Technology

Your session will take place via Zoom.  Please ensure in advance that:

  • Your device is working properly for both audio and video.

  • Your device is placed on a stable surface, so you do not need to hold it - we do not want to bring unnecessary tension into the body.

  • You are in a position where you can fully relax.

5. Notetaking

Have your preferred distraction-free note-taking method available so you can make notes of anything important that comes up for you.  You will also receive an AI summary after the session; however, I recommend taking any personal notes or action points that particularly inspire or resonate with you.

By taking these steps, you create an environment that supports your learning, self-discovery, and transformation beyond the session itself.

SESSION INTEGRATION

Integration begins during your session and is a continuous process that occurs as you embody the awarenesses, insights, shifts, and transformation into your being.

1. Downloading Your Recording

You will receive an email within 48 hours after your session, containing your AI summary and a private, confidential, and secure link to your session recordings and transcript. To download them, simply click the link in your email and then click the download button in the top right corner of your screen (on desktop) or the blue link in the top right (on your phone).

If, for any reason, you do not want your session to be recorded, please let me know during the session.  Please make sure to download your session promptly, as the link will expire in 7 days. After that, the recordings and transcripts will be permanently deleted.

2. Creating A Conscious Action Plan

Deep transformation comes from taking conscious action in everyday life on what feels resonant. Here are some suggestions to support you in creating a conscious action plan following each session.

Review & Personalize

  • Consider saving your AI-generated summary and action points to your notes.

  • Read through them, check them for accuracy, and change or update as required.

  • Merge any personal notes, insights, and observations from the session whilst they are still fresh.

Take Conscious Action

  • Add any resonant conscious action items to your to-do list.

  • Schedule time-sensitive tasks in your calendar.

  • Set realistic timeframes for each action point and cultivate self-accountability.

Remember

This AI-generated summary is your starting point, not your finish line.  Trust your judgment and adapt these recommendations to create an action plan that works for you.

3. Re-Listening to Your Session

This is optional and may depend on what occurred for you during the session. If you have experienced a big emotional release during the session, you may not desire to re-listen to the session. If you instead prefer to move on with embodying the vibration that you now experience on the other side of the session, please do so.

Alternatively, there may have been some big awakening moments, perspective shifts, or intuitive guidance and it may be beneficial to re-listen to the session at least once or even multiple times.  When you listen to the audio recording of your session, you may benefit in the following ways:

  • Deeper Integration - you absorb wisdom at a deeper level and recognize nuances that you may have missed

  • Clarity & Confirmation – you gain new understanding or validation when revisiting your session with a fresh perspective

  • Clear Direction – you can make notes of key experiences and any action points to implement

  • Intuition & Sovereignty - you can discern what resonates most with you, strengthening your trust in your own inner truth

Add any additional notes or action items to your notes and conscious action plan as you see fit.

4. Anchoring Transformation into Everyday Life

Creating time and space to be present with yourself, for introspection and trauma-informed meditation in-between sessions, helps you continue to process, shift, and transform. Think of your session like going to the gym with a trauma-informed personal trainer - once a week is great, but if you continue to exercise more throughout the week, you will usually experience greater transformation.

There will often be exercises that you will learn in your session to practice or implement in between sessions. This might be a particular meditation, a specific practice or exercise, or simply bringing more awareness to all aspects of your daily life. This is, of course, optional. Yet, in my experience, when you take conscious action and implement resonant guidance between sessions, you'll set yourself up for the greatest and most profound transformations. Journaling about how you are feeling, reaching out to your call list, participating in a support group, or joining the Inner Truth Seekers™ Academy can be a great way to support yourself through sessions.

By following this guidance, you are taking real action towards, and building a great foundation for, a more authentic and renewed way of life.
