TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE 

FOR JAMIE'S INTUITIVE DEVELOPMENT COURSE

Inner truth seekers thrive with clear agreements.  These Terms & Conditions of Purchase are here to keep us all accountable.  Please follow these rules as set forth.

When you, the client (“Client”, "You"), purchase the Intuitive Development Course (“Course"), which includes a total of 10 sessions ("Sessions") provided by Jamie Csizmadia Thornhill ("Jamie") of Inner Truth Seekers™ ("We"), you are agreeing to the terms contained within Inner Truth Seekers Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and these Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Jamie's Course.  In the event of any conflict between the terms of Inner Truth Seekers' Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and these Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Jamie's Course, the Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Jamie's Course shall control.

 

Jamie provides clear guidelines for Clients wishing to work with her.  The following Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Jamie's Course serve to prepare you for a positive experience during the your Course and Sessions.

  

1. Contracting Entity

 

Jamie's Course is provided by Verdad Interior EIRL, a Peruvian company.  By purchasing Jamie's Course, you are entering into a contractual relationship with Verdad Interior EIRL (Peru), not with Inner Truth Seekers LLC (US) or Inner Truth Seekers LTD (UK).

 

Jamie provides her Course as an employee of Verdad Interior EIRL.  All service delivery, payment processing, and legal responsibilities related to this service are governed by Verdad Interior EIRL under Peruvian law.

2. Jamie's Responsibilities

​

Jamie will do her utmost to provide your Sessions with respect, trauma-informed care, and diligence in accordance with the professional standards appropriate for the nature and scope of the Course.  In so doing, Jamie:

  • Commits to being ready and on time for your Sessions.  If Jamie needs to cancel or reschedule a Session due to an unforeseen reason or emergency, she will contact you via email at her earliest opportunity to do so.

  • Ensures that your Course and Sessions are private and confidential

  • Will provide each Session online via Zoom video-call

  • Will audio record each Session and provide you with a secured, confidential link to the audio recording via email within 48 hours after each Session

  • Will provide you with an AI summary of each Session, which includes personalized practices and authentic action steps

  • Will be available via email between Sessions for support, feedback, and guidance

 

3. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you acknowledge and agree to the following declarations, wherein “I” refers to “You”, the Client, during the Sessions:

  • I will be ready, sober, and on time for every Session.  If I need to cancel or reschedule a Session, I will do so at least 24 hours before the start time of my Session.  If I need to cancel or reschedule a Session, I will contact Jamie via email, jamie[at]innertruthseekers[dot]com, at my earliest opportunity to do so.

  • I acknowledge that if I am late to a Session, my Session will still begin and end at the scheduled time.  If I do not show up within 15-minutes of the scheduled start time of my Session, it will considered a "no show", and I will need to reschedule the Session at an additional cost.

  • I acknowledge that if I do not show up for a Session, and if I have not communicated my inability to show up at least 24 hours before the start time of my Session, then my Session will be considered a “no show”, and I will need to reschedule the Session at an additional cost.

  • I acknowledge that my Session is provided via Zoom video-call, and that I will need to have a laptop, device, or cell phone to participate in my Session.  ​

 

 

4. Rescheduling & Canceling

You may reschedule a Session at no additional cost, if you do so at least 24 hours before your Session start time.  A reschedule link is provided in the confirmation email you will have received at the time of purchase.

 

If you freely and voluntarily choose to cease or cancel participating in your Session prematurely, due to a personal reason, an emergency, or an Act of God, you will not receive a refund or reimbursement for the portion of the Session not yet rendered.

5. Expiration Date

​

The Course expires exactly 6 months after the purchase date of the Course.  You will need to complete all 10 Sessions before that date.  If you freely and voluntarily choose not to complete all 10 Sessions within 6 months from the purchase date of the Course, you will not receive a refund or reimbursement for the Sessions not yet rendered, and you will need to schedule your remaining Sessions at an additional cost if you want to complete the Course.

 

6. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Jamie's Course are effective as of the date stated at the top of these Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Jamie's Course.  Jamie may change these Terms & Conditions for Jamie's Course from time to time.  By accessing our Website and/or using our services after we make any such changes to these Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Jamie's Course, you are deemed to have accepted such changes.  Please refer back to these Terms & Conditions of Purchase for Jamie's Course on a regular basis.
