To answer this question, we first reference The Law of One, a 5-book series of transcribed conversations with the group consciousness known as "Ra" and channeled by Carla Rueckert.

Ra explains positive polarization in that, "The best way of service to others is the constant attempt to seek to share the love of the Creator as it is known to the inner self. This involves self knowledge and the ability to open the self to the other-self without hesitation. This involves, shall we say, radiating that which is the essence or the heart of the mind/body/spirit complex. Speaking to the intention of your question, the best way for each seeker in third density to be of service to others is unique to that mind/body/spirit complex. This means that the mind/body/spirit complex must then seek within itself the intelligence of its own discernment as to the way it may best serve other-selves. This will be different for each. There is no best. There is no generalization. Nothing is known."

Ra further notes that in service to self, "The negative polarization is greatly aided by the subjugation or enslavement of other-selves. The potential between two negatively polarized entities is such that the entity which enslaves the other or bids the other gains in negative polarity."

Expanding on these quotes, we find that being positively polarized in service to others means that one seeks to embody, demonstrate, engage from, and share LOVE. We also reference this seeking to embody love as a desire to assist in the planetary shift towards love, a.k.a. "4th Density". Rather than a destination, being of service to others becomes a way of being, or a striving, that can be profoundly transformative as you embody your soul's mission in this lifetime. Service to Others is giving, expansive, open, caring, interconnected, compassionate, and loving.

One who is negatively polarized in service to self seeks to control, manipulate, harm, enslave, and infringe on others through the perpetuation of FEAR, in order to gain power over others. Service to Self is taking, contractive, divisive, caring only about the self, void of care or compassion for others, and emphasizes separation.

The Academy is not a fit for those who are negatively polarized in service to self.
